Michael Powers is a retired nuclear project manager and has 3 degrees in Nuclear Engineering from NYU and Adjunct Professor at Manhattan College. Michael is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Mass, NY, SC Powerhouse Exclusive RE Inc., and owns Michael Powers Agency LLC which specializes in health insurance, Michael is a advocate of Housing Homeless Vets in Omaha Nebraska, He has won Preservation awards in Chatham Mass in 2015 and one for 2024 is pending. Michael will be the onsite executive manager for 2024.
