    FLSA Status: Non-exempt, Hourly, Full-time, Temporary
    Pay rate: $20/hour
    Schedule: Day shift, on-call, weekend availability
     
    SUMMARY:
    The Associate Company Manager provides day to day operations support to the Company Manager of the theater. The Associate Company Manager will assist cast, crew, creatives, and staff in the areas of housing, transportation, company vehicle use, day to day questions and more. The Company Management department is the first point of contact for staff and therefore requires a team of individuals that are responsive, caring, and professional at all times.
     
    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinate travel, housing, and company vehicle needs for cast, crew, creatives, staff and musicians for Main Stage & Education and Outreach Program
    • Responsible for emergency response/dispatch for housing requests and incidents
    • Manage all required Human Resources paperwork
    • Assist Company Manager in preparing contracts, payroll, and Actors Equity weekly reports
    • Assist with maintaining the Company Management Budget
    • Facilitate hospitality for tech during changeovers
    •  
    • Collaborate with the Safety Committee to adhere to evolving COVID-19 guidelines to include training and continuing education for all Company Management staff members
    • QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Theater experience in Company Management, or the equivalent of, is strongly preferred
    • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
    • A proactive approach to problem solving and strong decision making skills
    • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Effective project management skills
    • Effective communication skills (writing, speaking, and listening)
    • Positive, energetic, and empathetic individual
    • Knowledge of office procedures, safety procedures, and business operations
    • Desire to continuously learn and research changing guidance related to health and safety matters
    • Valid driver’s license, ability to safely operate a 14-passenger van
    • Solid experience with office management systems and MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
    • Familiarity with Tessitura a plus

    • Housing and travel stipend provided
    • Work week includes a 48-hour work week as well as on-call rotation
    • Team members are expected to work during changeovers which run from Saturday through the following Sunday
