Michele Aldin Kushner's "Iceberg Effect" explores climate awareness, gender equity in science, and the struggles faced by one female climate change scientist. It's also the story of her 13-year old daughter's aspirations to change the world on her own terms. The 30-minute dramatic reading at the Wells Reserve will be followed by a moderated panel discussion featuring the playwright and women scientists discussing their work and motivation. Free with site admission. Reservations required via wellsreserve.org/calendar
