BALLROOM DANCE
WALTZ, FOXTROT, EAST COAST SWING
Disclaimer: Ballroom dancing is contagious: once you start, you might never want to stop.
Dance develops balance and coordination, physical, mental, emotional, and social skills.
Come to exercise & make new friends. Come with or without a partner.

LATIN DANCE
MERENGUE, SALSA, BACHATA
