SUMMARY:Explore the Shore
DESCRIPTION:Though it isn't always obvious the treasures we find on the beach can tell us stories about the land\, the ocean and the beach itself. \n\nWhile strolling Laudholm Beach\, we will explore the shore through questions about and investigations of sand\, the wrack line and found objects.\n\nProgram will start at the Gazebo with a quick introduction to tides before we head down the trail (~15-20 min walk) to the beach. \n\nHats\, water\, sunscreen\, a small bucket and good beach walking shoes are recommended. \n\nProgram duration is about 1.5 - 2.0 hours and ends at the beach. \n\nFamilies welcome and encouraged! Group sizes will be limited and we  maintain distance throughout the program whenever possible. Please bring your own face covering and hand sanitizer with you. If you are traveling from out of state for this program\, please read the latest state regulations before registering.
